Leadership Assessment and Development
Nothing impacts the success of organizations more than the leadership culture. We help organizations establish the culture they need for success and what behaviors and skills are necessary. With this in place we can then assess how the leaders meet those expectations and what they can do to growth their capacity for great leadership.
Organization Design
More than just a structure on a page, organization design identifies the full set of issues and needs that leaders must address to execute the strategies of the company. As structure follows strategy, all other elements of an organizations life follow the right structural design. We work with leaders to establish the right elements of an organization design that is fit to achieve the long-term strategy.
Change Management
Just having the right answer to an organizational challenge is not enough. It is the dynamics of the people in the workplace that most determine the success or failure of a change initiative. We have the expertise and tools to create change processes that can increase the probability that a change will be executed on time, within budget, and with the broadest support of the people in the organization.
Coaching
Leadership research shows that the most successful leaders are those who have a high level of self-awareness. We provide insightful coaching support for leaders by asking the questions that help the client to best define their opportunity for growth. We use qualitative and quantitative techniques to bring awareness and establish a path for growth that puts leaders at the top of their game.

Facilitation
Teams spend a majority of their time working together in small and large group settings. Too many times participants and leaders feel less than satisfied with the value of the time spent together. We know that successful meetings and problem resolution require more than an agenda and timekeeper. Our strategic facilitation provides the process management so that the participants and the leader can focus on getting the best outcomes for the time spent together.
Team Development
Teams that perform at their best must move through very predictable stages of development. We work with teams and their leaders to measure their progress and focus on those purposeful activities that bring cohesiveness, clarity and performance. We start with the assumption that all teams want to be successful. We bring the expertise to support teams in identifying where they are at and what they must do to get to top performance.
Engagement
Today’s workplace must be designed in a way that provides the highest level of engagement for all employees. Creating a successful workplace requires that leaders are informed on what most drives engagement. More than measuring engagement, leaders must take the actions that focus on the right needs of the workplace. We work with leaders to identify those factors that most drive engagement, measure those factors and support leaders in putting actions in place to drive success.
